Main Settings
Model Selector
Options: Base, Portable, Portable Touch Select the appropriate radio type. The Base model is mainly for DIY setups. If your radio has a touchscreen, choose Portable Touch, and ensure you calibrate it before use.
Stop Screen Wake on Tune
Options: On/Off When enabled, the screensaver will remain active while tuning.
Auto Power Off
Options: Off/15/30/60/90 minutes Automatically puts the radio chip, display, and microcontroller into standby after a set period of inactivity.
Use Squelch
Options: On/Off/Auto If your radio has a dedicated squelch dial, enable this function. Set to Auto for automatic squelch control.
FM AGC
Range: 84-92 dBµV Defines the automatic gain control threshold for FM reception.
AM AGC
Range: 94-102 dBµV Defines the automatic gain control threshold for AM reception.
Select FM Band
Options: None/FM/OIRT Choose the FM bands available via the band button.
Select AM Band
Options: None/LW/MW/SW Choose the AM bands available via the band button.
5-Second Band Button Press
Options: Disabled/Power Off/Screen Off Define the action triggered when holding the band button for over 5 seconds.
Dynamic SPI Speed
Options: Default/10-60 MHz/Auto Adjusts display communication speed to prevent display-related distortions. Auto is recommended.
Audio Settings
Set Volume
Range: -10 to +10 dB Defines the default volume level. For DIY radios without a volume knob, adjust as needed. Portable devices should be left at 0 dB.
Beep at Band Edge
Options: On/Off Enables a beep notification when reaching the band edge or adding a log entry.
Audio Output
Options: Stereo/MPX Enables MPX output for RDS and stereo analysis. Left channel: Mono, Right channel: Full MPX.
Stereo Separation Threshold
Range: Off/30-60 dBµV Adjusts signal level for reducing stereo separation, improving reception on TEF6686/6688 models.
High-Cut Corner Frequency
Range: 1500-7000 Hz Defines the frequency at which high tones are reduced when the threshold is triggered.
Set High-Cut Threshold
Range: Off/30-60 dBµV Defines when high-frequency reduction should activate based on signal level.
FM Deemphasis
Options: Off/50/75 µS Configures FM deemphasis. 75 µS for America, 50 µS for other regions.

Language
Options: Multiple language selections Set the menu language.
Display Brightness
Range: 1-100% Adjust screen brightness.
Modulation Meter
Options: On/Off Disable to reduce display-related interference on weak signals.
Screensaver
Options: Off/3-60 Sec Define the inactivity time before the screensaver activates.
Screensaver Options
Options: 1-50% Brightness/Screen Off Set display behavior when the screensaver activates.
Battery Options
Options: Off/Show Percentage/Voltage Choose how to display battery status.
Signal Meter Unit
Options: dBµV/dBm/dBf Select the unit for signal measurement.
Show Clock
Options: On/Off Displays the clock when available.

Customize the display's theme and font style.
RDS Settings
Show RDS Errors
Options: Off/Small/Large Defines error threshold for RDS parsing.
Region
Options: Europe/Canada/USA/USA DB Adjusts RDS behavior and displays call signs in the USA/Canada.
Show Underscore in RDS
Options: On/Off/PS Only Replaces spaces with underscores in PS and RT texts.
RDS Filter
Options: On/Off Enables a buffer filter for RDS decoding.
Show PI Errors
Options: On/Off Displays PI code errors for weak signals.
Use AF
Options: Off/On/Reg Enables automatic frequency switching for better reception.
Auto Sort AF
Options: On/Off Automatically arranges the AF list by frequency.
FM & AM Settings
Set Converter Offset
Range: 0-2400 MHz Only necessary if using an external RF converter.
Set FM Band Edges
Low: 65-107.9 MHz High: 66-108 MHz Defines FM band limits.
Set Level Offset
Range: -25 to +15 dB Adjusts RF level offset to compensate for signal loss or gain.
Softmute (FM & AM)
Options: On/Off Reduces volume when static is detected.
Noise Blanker (FM & AM)
Range: Off/50-150% Reduces noise interference.
AM Antenna gain
Range: Off/36dB Set antennagain of an active SW antenna. This will prevent overloads.
Scan Sensitivity
Range: 1-30 Adjusts sensitivity for auto-tuning.
MW Default Step Size
Options: 9/10 kHz Defines tuning step size for medium wave.
Connectivity & Clock
USB Mode
Options: XDRGTK/RDS Spy Selects USB mode with preset baud rates.
Wi-Fi
Options: On/Off Enables Wi-Fi connection.
Configure Wi-Fi

NTP Time Offset & DST
