2ca82e285a Do not filter current frequency in unsorted AF list 
When AF sort is disabled, do not remove the current tuned frequency from the list.

Hello! 

I reworked the Russian language of the receiver menu.

In the old version, some lines did not fit into the screen due to their length and language features. Also, in some places words were abbreviated, which looks unaesthetic and not entirely correct.

I used synonyms and shorter expressions so that the lines fit into the display on the screen and the paragraphs were pleasant to read.

I am a native russian speaker. You might be interested in including my version of the translation in the overall project. 

I will be very glad to be useful. Thank you!

The three asterisks in the `language.h` file mean that the text is the same as in English (as per 1st November 2023). This will help to identify texts which have not been translated so far.

Of course, some texts are the same in many languages, like `TV` or `SMS`, so feel free to remove them when updating your language.
